GESI’s Commitment to Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. You may also register your email address with us at the bottom of the GESi home page to receive regular updates on new specials available from GESi. Your email address is not shared with any outside party and is only used for private communication between GESi and you. You may opt-out of this regular communication by calling us at (425) 895-1773. GESI will remove you from the mailing list immediately.

We do not use any of the information you provide to share with advertisers or any other outside party except to the extent necessary to complete your order with us.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by clicking on “My Account” on the GESi home page. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by accessing “My Account” from the GESi home page. From there you may change your password, email address, contact, shipping, and billing information, and view your order history.

If you forget your password, you can click on the “Forgot your Password? Click here” message below the existing customer’s login. GESi will send you an email with further instructions on resetting your password.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
