Information we gather:

Through the course of conducting transactions through the gesi.net or gesievents.com website we capture information necessary to process credit card transactions, and to fulfill orders. This information includes your name, credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and items ordered.

What we do with the information:

The transaction information provided by our customers is used solely to process the transaction and fulfill the order. We gather the information over a secure connection and store the information as necessary on a firewall-protected server. Once a transaction has been processed and an order fulfilled, we store the information for 12 months as required by our bank. At no time will Global Event Services, Inc. sell, lease, rent, or divulge customer information to any outside parties for any commercial use, marketing, or mass mailing.

E-Mail communications:

Global Event Services, Inc. may use email addresses when provided to confirm orders, request additional information, or notify you regarding your order as needed. This may occasionally be necessary for pending orders. At no time will you receive unsolicited, marketing-type email communications from Global Event Services, Inc. or any of its partners.
